I am unable to de-authorize my computer (applies only to version 5.x users).

To de-authorize any PC on which you have installed Syncables, all the computers on which you have installed the software (including the computer that came pre-installed with Syncables Desktop) must be available on the same local network.

This is required so that the other computers are notified about the de-authorization request, and they can no longer sync with the de-authorized computer.
