Check to make sure that your synced music and video files don't have any copy-protection on them. In the scenario where the iTunes or Windows Media Player content contains copy protection (i.e. DRM), Syncables does not sync the content rights to the other computer (it only syncs the file itself). This means that you may not be able to play back the synced content on your other computer unless you have the proper permissions to do so.
