I can't see or change my email folder settings for syncing.

This could be due to the following:
Check to make sure that you have a configured and active mailbox in your email program (Outlook, Windows Mail, or Outlook Express). If you haven't, you will not be able to see any email settings in Syncables.
If you had Syncables running BEFORE you created/configured your mailbox, please restart Syncables Desktop (Note: You must close the Syncables icon from the desktop tray to properly restart the application).
