I can't see or change my email folder settings for syncing.

This could be due to the following:

  • Check to make sure that you have a configured and active mailbox in your email program (Outlook, Windows Mail, or Outlook Express). If you haven't, you will not be able to see any email settings in Syncables.
  • If you had Syncables running BEFORE you created/configured your mailbox, please restart Syncables Desktop (Note: You must close the Syncables  icon from the desktop tray to properly restart the application).
