Extensions Request

I am brand NEW to this forum, so please forgive me for any dumb (?) questions, etc.

If I had known that this program didn't support the extensions for my Quicken Home & Business Program, I would not have purchased it. Very frustrating. I really do wish there was a manual for telling us how to use the program. I finally got my documents synced, a big hassle since I do not use "My Documents" or "My Pictures", etc., and then to find out that my Quicken Program's data files would not show up with my documents!!!

I also have my hard drive partitioned, so that adds to my frustration since the program (I think) will not let you put documents or photos, etc., from two different "drives" (i.e., drive E and drive F, etc.)

I need the following extensions:  .qdf, .qel, .qph, .npc & .idx

Any help available since I still must copy the files to my thumb drive and physically carry it to the laptop to update the financial stuff?????

Hi: Am sorry I requested the extensions as I think I found the answer. In the "set applications preferences" (the little thingie that looks like a cog in the upper right hand corner), I found a place where I could ENTER new extensions. I entered the ones I asked you for and when I made a new syncing list, the files showed up.  However, I just did another sync of these files and the Quicken backup files showed up OK, but the Quicken regular files didn't.  I also discovered that I had some files (qpw and wb3) in my QuattroPro that didn't sync and found that I had to add their extensions to get them to show up.I'll keep working on this.

Am sorry to have bothered you about this but maybe this info will help someone else who is frustrated.
