Possible Reason(s):
If went through the checklist above and are still having problems, then we recommend that you unregister/deactivate all your computers from your Syncables Account and go through the setup process outlined below;
PART I:
PART II:
After you have successfully deactivated/unregistered your computers from your account, you should uninstall Syncables from all your other computers except one (which will serve as your "master" computer for activation purposes).
PART III
PART IV
All your computers should now be activated and should be able to sync with each other – as long as they are both on the same network and Syncables is running on all computers.
If you tried all the steps above and are still unable to activate your software, you can try this approach as a
last resort (for windows users only):
1) Shut down Syncables on your PC (Note: check the bottom right section of your computer's Windows Taskbar to make sure that Syncables is not running. If you a a Syncables icon in your task bar, simply right-click on it and select "Exit").
2) Click on the Windows >Start button and choose "computer"
3) Click on the "Organize" button and choose "Folder and Search Options"
4)From the ensuing menu, select the "View" tab.
5) Go to the "Advanced settings" section. Scroll to the "Hidden files and folders" option, and select the "Show hidden files and folders" radio button
6) Click "Apply"
7) Click "OK"
8) Click on the Windows >Start button and choose "computer"
9) Select the "Local Disk (C:) and choose the folder called "ProgramData"
10) Select and delete the folders named ".syncdata" and ".syncID" (this action will set Syncables back to its "factory" settings and clean out any possible errors or conflicts.
11) Close the file explorer window and re-start Syncables.
